As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment by text message and email.

Cancellations, rescheduling or no show's within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the treatment fee. This is payable before any future appointments are booked. Please be respectful, everyone's time is precious.

Due to safety reasons we will NOT refill other lash technician's work. If you wish to have your lashes done by The Lash Lady while you have lashes on already, please book a Removal and Full Set. If you arrive to your appointment with lashes on from elsewhere, a Removal will be completed first at an additional cost and the Full Set price will apply but there may be less time lashing if we are back to back.

As a courtesy to other clients booked in before and after your allocated time, please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late please send us a message or give us a call to notify us that you are running late. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given, after this time the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the 50% penalty fee will be applicable.

You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used. No refunds will be given for any reason. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss and an amendment can be completed to address your concerns, a complimentary 30 minute touch up will be granted if it is at the fault of application or product.
